Physical and Chemical Properties | Chemical properties yellow-gray powder. The aqueous solution is blue, the concentrated hydrochloric acid is red and blue, and the concentrated sodium hydroxide solution is red and purple. Soluble in glycol ether, slightly soluble in ethanol, insoluble in other organic solvents. It is purple to black in concentrated sulfuric acid, and red in sauce after dilution; it is brown and gray in concentrated nitric acid. After dyeing, the color light of copper and iron ions is basically unchanged. |
Use | Mainly used for cotton, viscose and fabric dyeing and printing, color light and dyeing properties and direct Fast Blue RGL approximation, can replace each other. It can also be used for printing and dyeing of nylon and its fabrics, adding cosolvent, fixing with Ammonium tartrate, and dyeing by rolling dyeing. When Cotton, viscose and other fibers are dyed in the same bath, wool and nylon are lighter than cotton and viscose, and silk is shallower, no staining of triethyl cellulose. Dyeing polyester/viscose blended fabric with disperse dye in the same bath. |

After diazotization of aniline -2, 5-bissulfonic acid, it is coupled with 1, 7-cleffic acid, and is subjected to a second diazotization, and a second coupling with 1-naphthylamine. The third diazotization is carried out, and then the third coupling is carried out with N-phenyl J acid, and finally salted out, filtered and dried.
